Pre-packaged Snapper Installation Instructions
Snapper can be made available pre-packaged in a zip file for Windows and Mac OSX.
Windows Instructions
- Save the zip file to your computer
We will provide you with a link to download snapper when you have licensed the product. Download the zip file from that link.
- Extract the zip file to the chosen location
Choose a location to extract the zip file. Due to filename limitations on Windows machines, we recommend that this location should be as close to the root of the drive as possible.

Q: I am prompted for a password when I am trying to extract the zip file. What is the password?
A: This is one of the manifestations of the filename limitation problem on Windows. If you experience this, choose a location closer to the root of the drive and try again.
